THE THOUGHT FOR THE DAY IS......

Even in the darkest phase
.....be it thick or thin
always someone marches brave
......here beneath my skin.

My area of therapeutic expertise is with patients that self harm. This quotation is very relevant as well as haunting. Thanks so much for posting it here.

Dear Mis...I have been there...and just lately been feeling like I am slipping "away" again...today I was looking for something that summed up my feelings...I guess that I am stronger than I remember at times...and those times are the times I need to remember...Thanks for your comment x

Dear Always & Ash.... thanks for the comments & Ash my friend who is a Production Designer made the Banner... he describe it like this..
In the illustration Kali is on the left and Ganesha is on the right balancing male and female. The face at the bottom is Grey wolf and the thunder bird symbol is radiating from the centre. The mandala concept is that this is a picture looking back in time to the beginning, each moment we observe is like a slide in the tunnel, so our POV is rocketing backwards. Each of the elements is represented starting with eather (consciousness) then air ,fire, water and earth, the phases of creation. The phases of the moon indicate time passing.
