Thank you for the comment, thought provoking, which I need at the moment.....
Upon reflection, these days my expectations are fairly low, so indeed I am grateful for small things that happen along....I guess my ego is still living on a pedestal, not having got with "the program" of changes I am trying to make in my life???

self expectations may sometimes seem low to the person setting them, but from someone elses perspective are really quite high?
A friend pointed this out to me recently.....
Not sure about this though, still digesting it....
