Hi Tracy....I just really liked the idea that failure is the staying down not the falling down...everyone falls down in some way, some time....I too have a very judgemental inner critic x Miss Nomer

Yes, I like that idea too. I don't like the 'term' failure as it is generally used, it's too strong and black and white.
