Hi Tracy..been my biggest problem my whole life...I know so many others who can forgive and forget and move on, I still carry so many open wounds and find it hard to trust when in a similar situation...trying really hard at the moment because I have been presented with something that seems too good to be true and my initial reaction is to rally against all the good and try to create mountains out of molehills with regard to the very few bad things...I guess at least I realise this....?

Where I am staying and have been for the past few months has intermittent internet access so I am only sporadic at the moment......cant wait to be up and at em again..

Hi Miss

Sorry for that delay in getting back to you, things have been hectic.

I’m similar to what you said, if I’ve been hurt by someone then I do hang onto it and generally retreat for a bit. But it does take a lot for me to make it permanent (i.e. end a friendship), but I think I do get hurt a bit too easily.

I do think it’s good that you’re noticing what you’re feeling, it doesn’t mean that you will act how you feel inside. That sounds like good news? I hope so,
