THE THOUGHT FOR THE DAY IS.... YOU'VE GOT TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT!

I am determined to write something everyday but nothing is coming to mind so I'll share some of the inane things I do to keep myself occupied that have actually borne benefits.
I have always been an avid "competition enterer", much to the mirth of friends and family, recently I have entered anything and everything on line that I see, mainly by following links, sometimes if I'm really bored I'll type competions into Google and while away the time that way.
Anyhow in the past six months I have won countless free movie passes (approximately 2 per month), either Movie Specific or Movie Money where you can choose your own movie, (Movie Tickets seem to be the easiest things to win online). I have also won several books and dvds, restaurant lunches and dinners, expensive perfume, makeup, a free one hour surf lesson at Bondi, $250.00 cash. A Magazine competion earnt me a great travel bag with matching makeup purse, filled with DVD set, 2 books, a hair straightener, and hundreds of dollars worth of hair, skin and makeup products, this came a week before Christmas so I had plenty of stocking stuffers!
My biggest win to date has been a $1000.00 Qantas travel voucher that I won in November.
Only yesterday I received an email telling me I had one a book (Allen & Unwin Publishers).
I have signed up for free to some Magazine email lists and most big aussie mags have fairly good prizes on offer each month, I also signed up for Win Big who send me an email each week with a list of competitions.
So the morale of the story is someone wins these things and if you enter the competition it may well be you!
I have also signed up for idonate.com.au who donate money to charities on your behalf in return for reading sponsors emails and clicking through to the site.
I have the hunger site as my home page so start each internet session spending a few minutes clicking on the hunger site, rainforest site, child health, child literacy, free mammogram sites http://www.thehungersite.com/.
Happy clicking................. and If I dont win I hope you do!

I love the way you write in such a Seinfieldian way ...
The blog about 'nothing' (inanity) that is actually about more than other blogs that pretend to be about something ... Love it! (subscribing now ... Keep the nothingness coming ...
