A SUNDAY ROAST

Most people I know assume that a Sunday Roast doesnt really appeal to me much, probably due to that fact that I am basically a vegetarian....but I love roast potatoes, crunchy on the outside and mushy and steamy inside, pumpkin, and onions that go all caramelly and syrupy in the oven, smothered in a rich gravy with a side of peas, and even cooked carrots......Yum.........on extra special occasions add a big baked cauliflower cheese.......not to forget soft pillowy white bread rolls to mop up all the gravy.............
